What We Offer

We offer a full schedule of classes for adults and children of all ages, levels, body-types and back grounds. We have a knowledgable, highly qualified and experienced staff of instructors offering a variety of disciplines, styles and experience.

Classes offered include yoga, yoga for children, yogalates, dance conditioning, martial arts, tai chi, fitness and personal training, ballet, jazz, hip hop, modern dance, bellydancing, swing/ballroom, tap and more. We also offer rotating workshops in creative movement and dance improvisation, choreography, contact improvisation and special workshops for homeschool groups.

Who We Are

Located in the beautiful Ozarks hills of Missouri, we are a small studio with a big vision. We hope to make movement arts in all forms an accesible reality for small town and rural areas.

About Our Facilities 

Once a mechanics garage, we have renovated our space into a welcoming, highly usable facility. Minimalist and urban in decor, our studio boasts a 900 sq ft. professional level, shock absorbent dance floor with a professional  grade marley dance surface, mirrors, barres, restroom and changing area.

Our waiting area is cozy, and stocked with books, magazines, coffee and a comfy couch. Parents, children and friends are always welcome to hang out and read while waiting for classes!
