First Saturday of every month!
As our way of saying THANKS to the community, we will be offering one or more classes one Saturday a month, free and open to the public. A great way to try something new, or reconnect with something familiar! All are welcome, so bring a friend and come join us for a great day of fun, fitness and friends!

Tai chi, is often referred to as meditation in motion. It is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. To do tai chi, you perform a series of postures or movements in a slow, graceful manner, coordinating the movement with the breath. Each posture flows into the next without pausing.
Anyone, regardless of age or physical ability, can practice tai chi. It doesn't take physical prowess. Rather, tai chi emphasizes technique over strength.

Taking the core muscle methods of Pilates and the soulful goodness of Yoga, Yogalates fuses them together into something new, refreshing and different. Build core strength while lengthening, strengthening and relaxing.
