OUR VISION: andFLEW! was created to be a genuinely supportive, joyful and highly creative environment where students of all ages and backgrounds can experience dance, movement and fitness as a positive force. It is our sincere hope to make dance and movement arts an accessible, affordable and intregal part of our community, providing the opportunity for students to free themselves of inhibition and to fully experience themselves as powerful and creative individuals.
