Class cards are good for any of the open classes on the schedule, regardless of class length.
An annual, non-refundable $25 per student registration fee is required at the time of enrollment and is due at the beginning of the fall quarter. (There is no enrollment fee for first time drop-in classes or workshops.) This fee covers administrative and insurance costs and does not depend on the number of classes the student elects to take.
ALL CLASS CARDS EXPIRE 3 MONTHS FROM PURCHASE DATE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF EXTENDED ILLNESS OR INJURY.
POLICIES:
OPEN CLASSES: All adult classes are open unless otherwise noted, and open to drop-in with a class card.
CLOSED CLASSES: These classes are progressive in nature and require a time commitment. You must purchase an appropriate class card and have it punched out for this class. Missed classes will not be reimbursed, though the student may request one makeup class card to be used at an appropriate make-up class of their choice. It is the students responsibility to request a makeup class.
WORKSHOPS: Priced individually. No reimbursement for missed classes.
Observers: As a general rule, there will be no observers for any classes.
Cancellations: Should a class be cancelled due to illness or inclement weather, cancellations will be posted on the door and on the answering machine, and an attempt will be made to contact all students.
We accept cash and checks only at this time.
CHILDREN'S PROGRAM
TUITION
30 min: $35/month
45 min: $40/month
1 hr: $45/month
1 hr 15 min: $50/month
1 hr 30 min: $55/month
$5 discount on second child/class.
$10 discount on third (or more) child/class.

Class quarters run as follows: Fall: Sept-Oct-Nov. Winter: Dec-Jan-Feb. Spring: Mar-April-May. Summer: June, July, August. Please note that andFLEW! does not necessarily run in accordance with public school schedules, holidays and cancellations.
*Please note that you may join any class at any time during the year, even during the middle of a quarter.
Payment is due on the first of each month. Payment received after the 15th of the month will incur a $10 late fee. Payments may be made with personal check or cash. Checks should be made payable to andFLEW!
As a general rule, there will be no observers for any classes, though exceptions may be discussed on an individual basis.
Cancellations and Makeup Classes:
Should a student miss a class, the may request a makeup class card, which may be used to take an appropriate makeup class of their choice.
IT IS THE STUDENTS/PARENTS RESPONSIBILITY TO REQUEST A MAKEUP CLASS CARD AND ATTEND THE MAKEUP CLASS.
Should the studio be closed due to major holidays, students may opt to have that months tuition pro-rated, or attend an appropriate make-up class of their choice. Should a class be cancelled due to illness or inclement weather, students may opt to have the FOLLOWING months tuition pro-rated, or attend an appropriate make-up class of their choice. IT IS THE STUDENTS/PARENTS RESPONSIBILITY TO REQUEST A PRO-RATED TUITION OR MAKE-UP CLASS.

andFLEW! asks that you call us prior to attending your first class to make sure that there is space available. Class sizes are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so try to register early!!

WHAT’S YOUR LEVEL?
Basic
For students with little to no training. Each basic class will introduce and explore the fundamental principles and concepts.
Beginning/ Intermediate
For students with prior basic movement and alignment concepts. This level continues to place emphasis on fundamental principles and concepts, developing and fine tuning the basics.
Intermediate
For students with an understanding of movement and alignment principles. Students will focus on musicality, dynamic changes and spatial awareness.
Intermediate/ Advanced
For students with a strong understanding of movement and alignment principles. Students are challenged to learn at a faster pace while focusing on clean technique and details within the material.
Advanced
For students with a clear understanding of movement and alignment concepts who are able to integrate technique, musicality and dynamic changes to their approach of the material. Students at this level will strive to fully understand their body and develop self-expression.
Open
For all levels, class is tailored to the overall level of the particular class. Students are encouraged to work at their own level. Be ready for a challenge or a pleasant review of basics.
