What We Are

A studio for people of all ages and levels, offering professional level classes in dance, martial arts and yoga, fun and unique fitness classes, visual arts and music.

Our CHILDREN'S DANCE, YOGA and MARTIAL ARTS program offers classes in all styles of dance, yoga, tumbling and martial arts. We strive to offer a professional, high quality, supportive and nurturing environment for our children, with an emphasis on cultivating creativity, strong technique, confidence and a passion for learning.

 Our ADULT DANCE, YOGA and FITNESS program is a unique program where adults can try a variety of classes in dance, martial arts, yoga, or unusual and fun fitness classes, discovering new or forgotten passions, interests and abilities. Our goal is to create a safe, un-intimidating environment where beginning and professional level adults can challenge themselves and each other in fitness and the arts.

Our MUSIC and VISUAL ARTS programs are innovative and fun, designed for students of all ages and levels of experience.

 OUR VISION: andFLEW! was created to be a genuinely supportive, joyful and highly creative environment where students of all ages and backgrounds can experience dance, fitness and the arts as a positive force. It is our sincere hope to make dance and arts an accessible, affordable and integral part of our community, providing the opportunity for students to free themselves of inhibition and to fully experience themselves as powerful and creative individuals.
